We were there very early and unable to check in yet, however, there was a store room where we can lock our lugguges while we go out for breakfast before Check-in hours open. Facilities such as the washing machine was the most extraordinary, I never used such good washing machine for my laundry, cleans and dry very well. Clothes didn't shrunk or pulled. Place is clean and quiet.

Lack of front staff, hence had to speak to staff via video call, not so pleasant experience.

The location was fantastic - enough said. SO much to do and see in the area that you can spend days and not finish. Walking distance to Dotonbori, Kuromon market and the Namba station and shopping mall complex. Animate literally next door, along with 7-11, Family mart, Lawsons all nearby. The hotel - Rooms are spacious, brand new, very clean and modern. Equipped with laundry, mini kitchen with microwave, fridge etc. However, the room design takes a bit getting used too - seem obvious but for those not used to Japanese style beds on the floor, be careful. I slipped and fell hard getting off the platform, again seemed obvious, but it was so slippery that i simply slid off and crashed (twice), kid did the same. Something about the layout, thought can't place what it is. Also, in our room there was a light on the AC that there was literally no way to turn it off, tried everything but that thing shone bright trying to sleep - brutal.

Staff - pretty much none existent other than seeing them at check in. The other one we encountered on check was a bit cold and kept confirming we actually going to leave? Note its auto check out. But overlooking these kinks which i hope will get better (being a brand new hotel), it is a good choice.
