As an apartment, we need to receive guests from different countries. There are many German tourists from neighboring countries, and it is a very uncomfortable experience to not understand complete German. The procedure for getting the key is very cumbersome. You have already secured a credit card and paid off the entire fee, but you still need to add WeChat and issue documents, which is very unsafe. Booking has warned us not to use WeChat to send personal information. You insist on us revealing our privacy like this, which is very uncomfortable. We have traveled almost all over Europe and have never encountered such a situation. It is really troublesome.。
