Walking distance to shopping mall, sea and main POIs (at most 15 minutes). Convenient store. restaurants and bus stop are downstairs. AC at family room.
96 F afternoon and wait about 15 min for the owner's son to arrive. Need to pay in cash on site (it is rare for booking platform 's experience. Fortunately there is a bank at the ground floor of the apartment. ) WIFI does not work and owner was considerate. He repaired it, sending it back before 9 PM. Thanks.

The property was outside of the immediate vicinity but only six minutes by car from the Old Town (Diocletian’s Palace). It was clean. The apartment was the perfect size for our family of five and the price was very reasonable for peak July tourist season. We literally booked it the same day.
Parking was scarce. We got a free spot in the narrow parking lot the first night but the second night we had to park on the street and got a parking ticket. (We were told there was free parking on the street.) There is air conditioning but it’s only in the living room doesn’t really reach the bedrooms but after taking a cool shower it was fine. The water kettle had some build-up in it so I didn’t use it. One of the mattresses was too soft so my son slept on the pull out couch instead which was firm.
