We enjoyed the location, hospitality, the room, the food, all of it. If you're considering staying here, do it!

This place is truly great. We extended our stay and enjoyed nature with the garden and grounds by the river with lots of nice places to sit and relax, the peace and quiet, and we loved the luxurous room with the perfect bed and pillows, the modern bathroom and all the details and hospitality in this lovely place. Also great breakfast and good coffee.

Can’t think of anything.

The owners were friendly and thoughtful. Accommodations were amazing -quiet and by the river.

This is a beautiful property, and it is likely delightful to stay in one of the cabins.

While I’d love to leave a glowing review because the hosts are delightful people, there were a few issues. We stayed in September when no food is served in the evening, which I knew when booking, but what we didn’t know is that the closest place to get a meal is a 25 minute drive away. The rooms have no fridge to even keep snacks. The room we were in was beautiful, but had no place to put luggage, not even a simple luggage rack. When paying this amount of money for one night, I would expect to not have to splay luggage on the floor. Finally, most importantly, be aware if booking the lodge, there is a bar area right next to one of the rooms. While in this room, you can hear the conversations in the bar. The night we were there, it was very lively, making it difficult to even read a book. After several hours, we had to emerge from the room and make it clear we felt like we were right in the bar. To the hosts great credit, they immediately moved the little party downstairs (some guest and the hosts were just having a nice social evening) but it was awkward to have to do that. Writing this review so others can know what to expect.
