Altera Luxury's location is perfect, near the airport, and easy to reach. Great reception work and accommodation, spacious rooms, clean and light decor. On my list for my next stay in Addis and I highly recommend it💫💫
No complaints.

All facilities are new and nice, good brands. The location is nice close to everything you need. Most stuff are nice too.
Few things haven't expected to happen:
1. Dish washing is not included in the house-keeping service, while there is no sponge or dish soap in the kitchen you need to buy it yourself.
2. The default house-keeping is only once a week. If you need more it's charged as 20USD per extra day. Even with these price, the hotel only provides one toilet paper per week not per house-keeping.😂And if you use out your toilet paper, sorry you need to go buy a new one by yourself again.
3. The hotel's contact whatsapp is not answering at all.
