Location was beautiful - secluded and special with great easy access to the centre of town. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. We loved their warmth. The room was beautiful as was the view. We would return

Beautiful views, but very disappointing hospitality and poor value for money
The hotel offers beautiful views of the Amalfi Coast, but unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ends.
The location is far from Ravello’s center, with numerous stairs and difficult access, making it particularly inconvenient when traveling with luggage.
Despite its charming setting, the property feels more like a basic midscale hotel, with very limited facilities and virtually no service.
Breakfast was disappointing, both in terms of quality and selection. The lack of attention to guests, poor maintenance, and basic amenities were also far below expectations for a hotel in this price category.
The overall experience simply does not justify the rates charged.
A beautiful view alone is not enough to deliver a memorable hospitality experience.
