⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ONE OF THE BEST PLACES WE HAVE EVER STAYED – 100/10 ❤️ We travel a lot and have stayed in countless hotels and apartments, from budget places to expensive luxury hotels. But PoolSide Residence gave us something we have rarely experienced anywhere else. We only stayed for 3 days, yet somehow we left feeling like we had known Milos and Sanja for much longer. First of all, the place itself is incredible. The apartments are new, modern, luxurious and absolutely spotless. The pool is beautiful, the views are breathtaking and there is plenty of parking. Kotor is around 8 minutes away, Tivat 10 minutes, Budva around 17 minutes, and the Kotor Cable Car is literally 3–4 minutes away. For the price, we genuinely don’t understand how they do it. We have paid two or three times more for places that came nowhere close to this. But the apartment isn’t the main reason we will remember this place. Milos, Sanja and their family are. ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we never felt like customers. They welcomed us like people they genuinely wanted to get to know. They invited us into their beautiful private garden, we had a BBQ together, talked, laughed and spent time with their family and local people. Their children are incredibly sweet, polite and respectful, and even their little cats made the place feel like home. 😄 Neither of us eats pork. We casually mentioned this before the BBQ and never asked them to change anything for us. Yet, completely on their own, Milos and Sanja decided not to prepare pork at all, purely out of respect for us. That small gesture told us so much about the kind of people they are. Then my girlfriend became ill during our stay. Milos and Sanja immediately helped us find a good private clinic. They even personally called the clinic beforehand, explained our situation and discussed the costs so that we, as tourists, wouldn’t suddenly be surprised by an unreasonable bill.

Todo estuvo excelente . El apartamento increíble , super limpio y moderno. La piscina hermosa. Los dueños super atentos y amables . En la cocina teníamos café, leche y todo lo que necesitas para cocinar . Super cerca del centro de kotor . Paradisiaco !!!!! Lo mejor nos recibieron con frutas y una botella de vino . Súper súper recomendable.

房主一家都很热情好客，包括一只可爱的小猫～ 生活设施齐全，还准备了欢迎水果，酒和咖啡牛奶～ 院子里的落日很美，泳池的水很干净～小朋友特别喜欢～

Un très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires avec des petites attentions (bouteille de rosé, fruits…). À moins de 10 min de Kotor. Une très belle vu et une grande piscine. Un grand logement moderne avec une cuisines et tous les équipements . Machine à laver, machine a café (avec capsules fournies) sucre, sel …. Au top !

Une climatisation peut être un peu faible lors qu’il fait très chaud. Le parking un peu délicat car pas mal de circulation des locaux pour s’approvisionner en eau à la source voisine. Demande d’acompte par virement bancaire non renseigné dans l’annonce.
