It felt like an abandoned house.

The idea!

I was originally booked at a different location. But then they said they had some problems, so I could cancel or go to another location. The location I went to was far. My phone and laptop were having trouble there, and were hacked into. The room above me kept making noise and honking there car horn.

Fraudulent

Notbi

Nothing good They book the room take your money then tell you to cancel your reservation. With no refund policy Its a scam fraud.

Not bad

Room was nice and cool comfortable safe, clean and will use again

Toilet wasn't flushed sometimes, Parking situation not good, you have to park all the way 3 streets over then walk to your room and then the same thing the next morning

6 / 10

Your work on honoring the reservation was exemplary, the facility not so much.

I did not know there was a breakfast. I have to give you compliments for honoring my reservation, and it was fairly close to the appointment I had

We saw Cockroaches in the room and the headboard was so loose it banged loudly against the wall every time we moved.
