The residence is a bit off the town proper and so, it was very quiet and comfortable. The apartment was spacious and very modern with all possible amenities for a nice stay. The host was punctual, accurate in his statements and professional. The back yard features lemon trees and the area is being roamed by cure cats and lovely hens with young chicks give the entire residential area a unique country-like atmosphere. The roosters provided wake up calls in the morning so no need for alarms and smartphones. All in all a lovely stay.

Reaching the place requires a bit of attention to the e-maps as the residences are in the outskirts of Kos town. Nevertheless, the whole package does compensate a great deal if you want to also avoid the noise and traffic of Kos.

Posizione comoda vicino a kos town, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Mi sono trovata benissimo

Nulla,tutto bene

Our stay at Avli Residences was truly wonderful from beginning to end. Everything was perfect — from the beautiful garden to the stylish and beautifully decorated apartment. You can immediately feel the care and attention to detail. Our host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He even left some lovely little surprises for us, which made us feel very welcome and added a special touch to our stay. We also accidentally left our glasses behind, and our host contacted us before we left the island and made sure we were able to get them back. This level of care and hospitality really meant a lot to us. We are leaving Kos with wonderful memories and, most importantly, with the feeling that we now have a home on the island that we can return to every year. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back! ❤️

There was nothing I didn’t like; I was very happy with everything.
