One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable and clean room with stunning sea view. The pool area was lovely, plenty of sun beds and clean pool. We dined for lunch in the roof top bar which was good quality. Great location right at the main square in Bugibba.
Our one complaint is being on the second floor, which is one floor above the restaurant, we could hear chairs and tables being moved in the late evening and early morning which woke us up. Hopefully the hotel can add some noise cancelling to the restaurant, as this was the only noise we could hear.

Det kändes som att pooltaket var oorganiserat, inga parasoll, stolar och bord lite överallt. Som om att man plockat undan inför storm och inte brytt sig om att ställa tillbaka allt sen.

Sehr sauberes, neues Hotel. Zentral gelegen und direkt am Meer. Helle Zimmer und schönes Bad mit Regebwalddusche. Die Rooftopbar und der Pool war toll und lässt über das Meer und die Stadt sehen.
Der Balkon ist leider ein bisschen zu klein, so dass man nicht draussen entspannen kann. Ebenso zu erwähnen, dass das Hotel im Zentrum liegt und es am Abend laut sein kann. Die Fenster sind aber gut isoliert.

Room was very comfortable with some thoughtful touches.
Pool area small and uninviting, no parasols to provide shade. Rooftop terrace oddly awkward and staff seemed disorganised at times - no comfortable seating, no parasols to provide shade during the day. The hotel’s keenness to attract non residents detracts from caring for actual residents. No lounge area for residents to relax. Some customer service training is needed. Staff need to smarten up.
