The pools were really clean. Our apartment was perfect to sit out on the balcony and watch the and view the beach and also keep an eye on the pool where my granddaughter 13 and her friend spent most of their time. There were so many towels left for us that we had some leftover unused when we checked out.The unit itself was nice and clean.I felt safe going out at night time due to the security presence on the property.I will refer and possibly use in future. I loved it ❤️
The TV. and the stove. It's a little to complicated for this old lady, lol. But that wasn't all bad. I didn't have to spend all my time cooking and washing a bunch of dishes lol lucky me right? lol

The location was amazing!!
The pull out bed needed to be made up after it was pulled out which is fine but there were no sheets, blankets, or extra pillows in the closet like it said. After a Long Beach day that’s very disappointing to find. The remote was smashed into pieces in the drawer. They did replace very fast the next day but required we send pictures in to prove it. There were toys left from a previous guest in the top bunk bed. That was fine but if it was cleaned better they would have easily been found. The patio furniture cushions were very torn up and that may not be the owners fault but clearly the cleaning crew is lacking.
