Beautiful views over the valley, definitely recommend a room with a balcony (although you can’t sit out there). Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the main centre area.

Breakfast was average, definitely more Asian cuisine (which is understandable).

We really enjoyed our stay at Lumia Hotel Sapa. The staff were incredibly welcoming, polite and attentive throughout our stay. They were always ready to help whenever we needed something, and their friendly attitude made us feel very comfortable. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, which was especially nice after spending the day exploring Sapa. The location was also very convenient, with many restaurants, shops and places of interest easily accessible on foot. Breakfast was enjoyable and a nice way to start the day. Overall, what stood out most was the warm hospitality and the way the staff looked after their guests. We felt very well taken care of during our three nights here.

Nothing significant to complain about. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall, and everything met our expectations.

Personale sgarbato e molto sbrigativo.
