Easy to access and flexible communicative staff when booking. Locks on the doors so I felt safe once inside the room. Good mirror and desk in the room with power socket near the bed.

No sink in the room so had to go downstairs to brush teeth. The plug hole in the main bathroom sink had orange gelatinous mould visible down it with matted hair - needs cleaning. The kitchen smells and has mice. The person staying in room 29 leaves the door open and snores which is quite disconcerting to walk past late at night. The floors creak very loudly so anyone who goes in or out of the house or up and down the stairs wakes up the whole house at night and the room doors are not soundproofed (large gap underneath, thin etc) so you can hear people in their rooms going in and out with creaking doors throughout the night. Someone would get up early in the morning and loudly retch and vomit with the bathroom door open, which I woke up to more than once – not very pleasant.
