Good communication from owner. This was my first time using a STR so I was unsure how it all would work. It was smooth/good but the best part about the house was the location/proximity to things we wanted to do. We barely used our rental car.

Property was very welcoming, host 10/10 for communication & responsiveness. Pros:-Close to everything in downtown-Plenty of space in the house & well stocked kitchen-Ease of Check-in/out (11am checkout time is preferred, although we checked out much earlier) (check-out list was minimal)-Contacting the Host when needed - easy & very responsive- Pet-friendly! Although we did not bring our pets on this trip, it is very clear by the provided blankets, bed and bowls, they are welcomed. -House is nicely decorated. Cons:- No wash towels provided anywhere in the house except for makeup wash rags, this was a bit odd. - Hot tub needs to be checked in between all guests no matter how short/long their stay is. We had an unpleasant experience. It was quickly remedied, but caused us to not have access to the hot tub for a day & half. Unfortunately, there was no partial-financial compensation refunded. - The houses are very close side by side. The house on the corner next to us, partied until 3-4am on Friday night playing loud music. The back patio (where the hot tub is) is connected to the other house's patio with separation only from a fence. Unfortunately, this group people were very loud past 11pm and smoking pot to the point where we had to go inside. (To each their own, but people should have been respectful of their environment and other's around them.)
