Construction Advisory: Fiber-optic sea line drilling is scheduled across the street from the property on weekdays, generally from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning September 15, 2026, through approximately March 1, 2027. Construction activities will occur from designated work areas near Seashell Lane. Temporary measures will be installed to reduce visual and noise impacts where practical. While every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, residents may experience temporary construction traffic, equipment noise, and intermittent activity during the course of the project.

Dog Policy
The Oceanview Retreat allows one well-behaved dog per stay with prior approval. Maximum one dog per reservation. Dogs must be house-trained and well behaved. Please keep dogs off beds and furniture. Dogs should not be left unattended unless crated. Guests must clean up after their pet. Some dogs may require additional approval prior to booking.
