The Space:

Ground floor: entrance hall, separate fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker), a bright living-dining room with fireplace and TV, and a glazed terrace for breakfast in any weather. The only bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in dressing room and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.



Upper floor: your private roof terrace with a solarium, covered lounge area with sofas, dining table and sun loungers, looking over the rooftops of the urbanisation towards the mountains.



Strictly for 2 guests: there are no extra beds or sofa bed.



Guest Access:

The whole duplex is yours: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, glazed terrace and the private roof terrace with solarium. You also have use of the communal pools and gardens of Los Naranjos (summer season, community rules apply). Lift in the building. Free street parking around the urbanisation.



The Neighborhood:

Los Naranjos is a quiet residential urbanisation in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella's 'golf valley', 1.5 km from Puerto Banús: about 15-20 minutes on foot or 5 by car to the marina, its restaurants, designer shops, nightlife and beaches. Supermarkets and cafés are within a 10-minute walk, the Los Naranjos golf club is next door, Marbella centre is 10 minutes by car and Málaga airport 45 minutes.



Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze from Ático Duplex Marbella Los Naranjos. Public transport options are readily available, with bus stops within walking distance offering convenient access to Marbella's center and surrounding areas. For those arriving by plane, Malaga Airport (AGP) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also easily accessible. Parking is available, with free street parking an option, ensuring a hassle-free experience for guests with vehicles. The apartment's central location makes it easy to explore the Costa del Sol, whether you prefer public transport or driving.

Check-in from 15:00 to 00:00, check-out by 11:00. Bed linen, towels and WiFi included.



Communal pools: open in the summer season under the community rules. Free street parking around the urbanisation. Please respect the neighbours: no noise on the roof terrace after 23:00.
