The Space:

Bougainvillees is an air-conditioned 65 m² apartment on the 5th floor with lift, just steps from the Croisette. Fully renovated, it plays on natural materials and warm tones for a soothing atmosphere — ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or a business meeting.



The bright living room centres around a large sofa, a flat-screen TV and a welcoming dining area big enough for the whole group. A balcony opens off the living room.



The main bedroom offers a queen-size bed with built-in wardrobes and a TV. The second bedroom, simpler in style, has two single beds plus a trundle bed — handy for children or friends.



The compact, functional kitchen includes an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and coffee machine. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. Wifi, washing machine, dryer and a work space round out the comforts.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property.

The keys must be collected from a partner shop located just a short walk from the apartment.

Please make sure your arrival time allows you to collect the keys BEFORE 9:45 PM, which is the shop’s closing time.



The Neighborhood:

Within a few minutes' walk, you'll reach the Croisette and its beaches, as well as the Palais des Festivals. The neighbourhood is full of everyday shops — bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants — and the Forville market, a Cannes institution, lets you discover local produce just steps from the flat. Plenty of restaurants and private beach clubs nearby let you enjoy Cannes however you like, from lunch in town to your feet in the sand.



Cannes train station is a 5-minute walk away, handy for reaching Nice, Antibes or Juan-les-Pins. The port also makes it easy to catch a boat to the Lérins Islands for a day trip.

To finalise your booking, our agency will send you a secure registration form — a standard step required by French regulations for all short-term rentals. You will be asked to provide ID at this stage, in line with current legal requirements.



The property is prepared and maintained by our professional team: full cleaning and linens are provided for every stay. Additional paid services are available on request after confirmation.



Bougainvillees is a non-smoking property, with no pets and no parties. Please take good care of the space — charges may apply in the event of damage.
