Casa Zita Mar is a charming finca full of character and comfort, set on a gentle hillside in Cala Llonga, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The house offers stunning open views over the surrounding hills, a sun-drenched south-west facing terrace perfect for sunsets, and a private swimming pool to fully enjoy outdoor living.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the house accommodates up to six guests. The interior reflects a Mediterranean style, with soft sandy tones, natural materials, and carefully selected details that each tell their own story.

From the different levels and terraces, you enjoy wide, open views over the hills, the garden, and the surroundings — views that invite you to pause and take it all in. As the house is built across multiple levels, subtle changes in height create surprising perspectives and intimate outdoor corners.

The outdoor areas are one of its greatest assets: a charming swimming pool, terraces with lounge seating, and an outdoor living space allow you to fully embrace outdoor living. The terraces are perfect for relaxing during the day, but especially in the evening with a glass in hand, thanks to the sunsets and the unique atmosphere.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and open living area connected to the kitchen, with large windows or sliding doors that bring the landscape indoors. The bedrooms are comfortably designed, with attention to tranquility, privacy, and a connection to the outdoors. Modern amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen ensure that your stay is not only stylish but also practical.

The house is designed with respect for its natural surroundings: you’ll feel the subtle transition between indoor and outdoor living, and every space invites you to relax, connect, or simply enjoy a moment to yourself.
