Banda do Sol Luxury Cottages - spectacular view, swimming pool & private terrace
I nostri ampi cottage godono di una posizione privilegiata sulla soleggiata costa occidentale dell'isola. Ogni casetta ha il suo terrazzo privato e barbecue coperta. Le viste panoramiche sono spettacolari! Tutte le finestre e porte in vetro sono doppi vetri con comodità in mente. Vi è una zona splendida piscina paesaggistico in giardino in comune completamente chiusa. Nessun posto migliore potrebbe essere trovato per quei giorni in cui facendo molto poco, ma rilassante e prendere il sole è quello che siete dopo. Se avete bisogno di check-in sul mondo reale è possibile farlo scorrendo attraverso uno dei canali di notizie inclusi nel menu del programma TV o collegandosi ai nostri servizi internet a banda larga senza fili. A pochi passi c'è un mini market, un bar, una farmacia e centro benessere. E se camminare è ciò che ti piace, questa zona offre alcune delle più belle passeggiate a piedi su Madeira!
Il cottage Rosemary è il più piccolo dei nostri due cottage di nuova costruzione ed è perfetto per le vostre vacanze isolane! La zona giorno con il suo soffitto a volta comprende una cucina open space ben attrezzata e una confortevole zona pranzo. C'è un flusso meraviglioso tra questo e il vetro fronteggiato, area lounge arredate in modo confortevole che si apre su una terrazza privata; ideale per cenare all'aperto. E per quelle occasionali giornate fredde o serate c'è un accogliente caminetto a legna centrale nella zona giorno. La spaziosa camera da letto è ben attrezzata ed è dotata di un ventilatore a soffitto per quelle notti ancora afose. Le porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono al giardino possono essere chiuse in modo tradizionale per una maggiore privacy o per quelle sensate sieste del pomeriggio. C'è una splendida piscina immersa nel giardino completamente recintato. Non è possibile trovare un posto migliore per quei giorni quando si fa molto poco, ma rilassarsi e godersi un po 'di sole appartato è ciò che si cerca.

Prior to us going away, Heather forwarded us directions to the apartment which was very informative and also had photos of signage to look out for which was very helpful. Upon arrival Heather was there to greet us with a warm welcome and a nice gift bag of some groceries to get us started including some wine. She was very helpful with places to visit and where to eat as she has spent several years on the Island, so she knows her onions!! The bungalow we stayed in was ideal with a terrific view, we had all we needed, even a wood burner which came in handy as the weather was changeable and in the evenings it did get a bit cool. The bungalow apartments are up a very steep hill, but the most of the hills on the Island are very steep, and there’s many, an experience to be hold in a Fiat Punto. Plenty of room in the smaller bungalow which we had for two and well equipped, even had use of the underground garage to park our car. We would definitely recommend Banda do Sol to stay, very relaxing with a nice and helpful host. The pool area is ideal to chill and relax when the sun is out, sadly it was a bit to cool to try the pool but the children staying next door had plenty of fun the the cold water. Die Wirtin Heather ist sehr nett und berät einen gerne mit guten Tips wie wann und wo etwas gut ist, der tip zum lokalen supermarket mit Mittagstisch war super. Das apartment hatte die erwartet gute Qualität wir waren super zufrieden. Alles hat bei der Übernahme und Abgabe problemlos geklappt. Wir können dieses Apartment nur weiter empfehlen.

If you are looking for a perfect place to relax and chill out away from it all then this is the place. We stayed here for 10 days and it way just what we were looking for, out of the way but close enough to the be able to get out and about. The Cottage was 5*, every thing you need to self-cater, if something you needed was not there Heather would go out of her way to get it for you. We arrived quite later at 9pm and Heather had gone out of her way to do a starter shop and even prepare a chicken salad for us, there was also a welcome bag which was a really lovely touch. These little thing are what made the stay perfect and outstanding. The location offers breathtaking views over looking the sea, with its own terrace for eating and relaxing, having breakfast in the warm sun with a light breeze looking out over the view was just fantastic. Don't take my word for it come and experience it for your self, you will not be disappointed. My final point is its value for money, you are paying 3* price for 5* accommodation. We have just returned from our second three week visit to this idyillic cottage with its kind, thoughtful and attentive owners ready at hand with helpful advice. The new addition of a glazed patio extension (on both properties) enabled us to maximise the Spring sunshine and the all round superb coastal views. The property gives easy access to delightful locations such as Jardim do Mar and Rabacal but equally is a good base in a quiet area giving ready access to all areas of the island. We have already booked again for a third visit to enjoy the varied island scenery and walks.
