Welcome to Summer Villa – a newly built retreat in Adamas, Milos, designed for comfort, style, and easy island living. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just a short walk from the port, you’ll find restaurants, shops, and essential services conveniently close, while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

The villa blends a modern Cycladic exterior with a clean, minimal interior, creating a bright and inviting space perfect for families, couples, or small groups. Spread across two main floors, the home features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms each open onto private balconies, where you can take in charming views of the village. An additional bedroom with a double bed is located in the basement, offering extra privacy and space.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including all indoor areas, balconies, and a spacious private parking area. For families traveling with young children, safety gates for the stairs can be provided upon request for added peace of mind.

Fresh towels and linens are included, and while the villa is delivered clean upon arrival, guests are free to maintain the space at their own pace with provided supplies.

Whether you’re exploring Milos or simply unwinding in a serene setting, Summer Villa offers a welcoming home base for a memorable stay.
