Pets Stay for Free! Welcome to your ultimate escape from the city with all the comforts of home! A hidden gem, perfect for a family vacation, short or long term stay and now pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs and/or cats! Nestled in the tranquil oasis of Crescent Beach, this Spyglass townhouse is located just 12 miles south from historic Saint Augustine on Anastasia Island. Known by locals as family-friendly, Crescent Beach maintains an "old Florida” vibe with fewer crowds, perfect for biking, walking, hiking, surfing, swimming in the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean or just relaxing on the white sand.

This townhouse offers 2 spacious bedrooms (comfortably sleeps 6), 2 ½ bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen (if you prefer to dine out, visit the nearby restaurants to enjoy some of the amazing local flavors). The ground floor walk-out to the pool “bonus” room can be used as a family/game room or a quiet office.

Enjoy breathtaking views from the private balcony while having your morning coffee with the morning sunrise, or an afternoon meal. Or just relax with a good book. If you are sports minded, just steps away are the tennis / pickle ball courts and swimming pool which are open all day for your enjoyment.

On the white sandy beach, bordering the National Park Fort Matanzas, you will find endless opportunities for sunbathing, soothing walks, bird watching, and sea shell hunting. Do not be surprised to spot a school of dolphins to swim by, tortoises minding their own business, or families of pelicans gliding by.
