The Space:

Welcome to Epic Playhouse Getaway, a Central Florida vacation home designed to feel like a destination all its own. This is a place where the fun continues long after the park gates close and where families can relax, reconnect, and create unforgettable memories together. From custom kid bedrooms and multiple entertainment spaces to a peaceful backyard with no rear neighbors, every detail is designed to deliver an elevated and immersive stay.

The home features a spacious, thoughtfully designed layout that allows everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together. Kids will be absolutely thrilled by the custom themed bedrooms, including a fairytale-inspired castle bunk room that feels straight out of a storybook and a high-energy superhero bunk room complete with a slide that turns bedtime into part of the adventure. These imaginative spaces are often a highlight for younger guests.

Adults will appreciate the comfort and upgraded touches throughout, including a private downstairs king master suite featuring its own dedicated mini-split AC system for personalized comfort and a large double walk-in shower for a true retreat experience. Plantation shutters throughout the home add an upscale, polished feel while also providing privacy and light control. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas create a seamless flow for gathering, dining, and relaxing together.

Entertainment is woven throughout the home, offering something for every age. The living room features a massive 75-inch wall-mounted smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching the game in style. A dedicated in-home movie theater creates an immersive cinematic experience for family nights and downtime, while air hockey adds an extra layer of fun and friendly competition.

Upstairs, the loft serves as an additional entertainment hub, featuring a shuffleboard table, comfortable seating, and a PlayStation 5 setup that makes it a perfect hangout space for kids and teens. Whether it’s gaming tournaments or late-night movies, this space keeps everyone entertained.

Step outside to the screened private pool area and enjoy the added privacy of having no rear neighbors behind the home. The pool is equipped with a gas heater, allowing for quicker and more efficient heating compared to traditional systems, so you can enjoy comfortable swims year-round. A pool alarm is also installed for added peace of mind and safety for families traveling with children.

The outdoor space is ideal for morning swims, afternoon lounging, and evening cookouts. The built-in natural gas grill means no propane tanks to worry about, making outdoor dining simple and hassle-free. Inside, a convenient mini fridge in the dining area keeps drinks cold and easily accessible, perfect for entertaining or keeping the kids stocked up.

While the home does not include access to Reunion’s waterpark or golf amenities, guests still have excellent options nearby. We provide promo codes for Island H2O Water Park, a popular local favorite known for its thrilling slides, lazy river, family-friendly attractions, and modern atmosphere. Golf enthusiasts will love being in the heart of Central Florida, widely considered the golf capital of the world, with hundreds of public and semi-private courses within easy driving distance. Tee times are often available during the warmer months through the GolfNow app, offering flexibility to enjoy a wide variety of top-rated courses throughout the area.

Conveniently located near theme parks, dining, shopping, and entertainment, Epic Playhouse Getaway is the perfect home base for a Central Florida vacation. It’s a place where kids stay entertained, adults can truly unwind, and families can enjoy a stay that feels just as exciting and memorable as the destination itself.
