A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
This is one of the most unique luxury stays in Uptown Charlotte.
A rare modern retreat tucked in a quiet pocket of Third Ward—just steps from everything, yet designed to feel like your own private rooftop resort.
Start your mornings with coffee overlooking the skyline. Spend your afternoons in a fully equipped private gym. End your nights in the rooftop hot tub under string lights with the city glowing around you.
This home was built for experience.
The expansive rooftop is the centerpiece—featuring a hot tub, fire feature, grill, outdoor TV, and panoramic skyline views. It’s the kind of space you won’t find in typical Uptown listings… and the reason guests don’t want to leave.
Inside, the open-concept living space blends modern design with comfort. A chef’s kitchen anchors the space with a large island, high-end finishes, and seamless flow into the dining and living areas. The custom dining table converts into a pool table, turning the entire floor into an entertainment space perfect for relaxing or hosting.
The living room fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, while oversized windows flood the home with natural light.
Upstairs, the primary suite feels like a private retreat—complete with its own fireplace and a spa-style bathroom featuring a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.
On the ground level, you’ll find something almost unheard of in Uptown: a fully equipped private gym with treadmill, bike, rower, universal system, free weights, kettlebells, and TV—so you never have to miss a workout.
Additional features include:
• EV charger
• Attached 2-car garage
• Two laundry areas for convenience
• Quiet, walkable neighborhood just steps from Third Ward Park
Whether you’re in town for a weekend, a game, business, or just a reset—this home delivers a level of space, privacy, and amenities that is extremely rare for this location.

Here’s the updated version with that added naturally:What a beautiful space! We stayed over the Fourth of July, and the fireworks were absolutely stunning from the rooftop patio. The host was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, making everything easy from check-in to checkout. The property has so much space, the beds were extremely comfortable, and I loved the huge windows that filled the home with natural light. If you’re someone who likes to work out while traveling, you won’t need to leave the property—the fully equipped gym on the ground level was a huge bonus. The location was perfect. It was close enough to enjoy everything Uptown has to offer, yet just far enough away to feel peaceful and private. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent this property again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay!

Perfect location within walking distance of downtown and the stadiums. The rooftop area was an awesome hangout spot. I would definitely stay here again.
