Our recently renovated Victorian school is unique, spacious and bright. You’ll be blown away by gorgeous Victorian architecture and industrial interior design.
Inside our summerhouse Annexe, there is a fully equipped kitchen. The property includes a full-sized bathroom with a shower and bath facilities. For entertainment, there is a large TV with Netflix.
Our annexe faces out onto gorgeous gardens for serene views. There are also entertaining spaces both inside and outside the property.
The harbour town of Fowey is just 100m away
This property has two other buildings on the same plot, with a total capacity to sleep up to 24 people! Perfect for large family gatherings! Please have a look at our other listings, and get in touch if you’d like to hire the entire schoolhouse space.
We provide self-check-in service. But let us know if you have any questions or need assistance with your booking at any time.

The best way to get around Fowey is on foot. There are plenty of walking routes around Fowey and a lot of sights to take in.
The Location
It's a 5-minute walk down the hill into Fowey. You'll find a selection of independent shops, fresh local produce and plenty of restaurants and cafes.
You can hire a boat for £20 and travel up and down the famous Fowey waters.
The Eden Project is a short 15-minute drive away.
