In the spacious lounge, large sofas invite you to unwind and watch a film on the TV or enjoy a casual meal at the table with seating for four people. The lovely kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need for a stress-free stay (there’s even a bread-making machine) and a further dining table. But when the weather is good, you’ll want to step outside and enjoy a meal at the patio table. When it’s time to retire, a staircase leads to the first floor where the bedrooms are located. The king-size bedroom is adorned with homely extras including wardrobe space, ambient lighting, and decorative items, and features an en-suite bathroom. Kids will love the twin room with its bright and cheerful decor and skylights. There’s also a family bathroom on this floor. Outside, there’s private parking for one car, a peaceful patio shaded by trees, and a large fenced garden. While you enjoy a quiet coffee at the patio table, the kids can watch the pygmy goats grazing in the neighbouring field. Guests also have access to an outdoor play area (shared with six other properties).

Explore the farm and meet the animals including alpacas, pigs, chickens, and rabbits. Younger kids will love the fairy walk and gnome garden while older ones can enjoy tractor rides and egg collecting. Alternatively, hire bicycles and discover the Tarka Trail (2 miles) or enjoy a day on the beach at Westward Ho! (10 miles).
