Clean room, kind and helpful staff, and a breakfast with a good variety of options.
The only feedback I have is for families traveling with kids: there was no connecting door between the rooms. Every time I wanted to speak with my family members in the other room, I had to leave my room, go into the hallway, and then enter their room. That was the only inconvenient part of my stay.
Otherwise, everything was excellent.

The rooms were well-kept and clean. The staff were friendly and the room service was exceptional. Breakfast was not bad but can be improved with more options. A couple of Takeaway and cafe shops was nearby which is useful for anyone staying longer than 1 night at this hotel. The masjid al Haram was not too far from the hotel. It was approximately 5 to 10 minutes walk depending which gate you want to enter the Masjid from.
