Welcome to this beautiful, recently renovated apartment. The apartment opens onto a bright living area on the first floor, designed to make you feel right at home: here you’ll find a cozy living room with a sofa and a Smart TV, a kitchen with attention to every detail and fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, and a functional first bathroom with a shower.

Heading up to the second floor, the sleeping area welcomes you with two spacious bedrooms. The first features a comfortable double bed, while the second has two single beds that, with the addition of a topper, can be joined to form a second, perfectly comfortable double bed. Unless you request otherwise, we typically set up both bedrooms with double beds to ensure your utmost comfort upon arrival.
From both rooms, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Crete Senesi, an iconic landscape that changes with the seasons, offering unforgettable mornings. On this level, you’ll also find the home’s second bathroom, which features a bathtub.

Outside, you’ll find a private patio furnished with a table and chairs—the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or meals al fresco.
At your complete disposal, shared with the other guests, you’ll find a beautiful communal pool and spacious shared green areas: true havens of peace designed for those seeking a vacation filled with serenity, sunshine, and ultimate relaxation.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool will be available to guests from June 1 through September 30
