On-site amenities include a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym.



At the condo itself, spend warm mornings waking up with coffee on your private balcony. Inside, the open main level features high, lofted ceilings and an open floor plan that’s ideal for spending time together. The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and there’s plenty of gleaming granite counter space for prep. Grab a bite at the large window-front dining table before heading out to explore.



When you return from a day of outdoor adventures, get cozy with cocoa in front of the gas fireplace or get the central air-conditioning going to cool down on hot days. Toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer, then fire up the gas grill for an easy family cookout. Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
