Nestled at the base of the Canyons Village overlooking the valley, this brand-new 2BR/2BA condo is the ultimate home base for outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy the fresh mountain air from two spacious patios.
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate this pet-friendly location at the Residences at Blackstone that provides ski lifts within walking distance as well as on-site amenities including an outdoor heated pool, shared hot tub, clubhouse, and a fitness center.
LIVING AREA
Sprawl out on three sleeper sofas next to the gas fireplace and watch shows on the 55” flat screen TV with cable.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in your group will appreciate a well-equipped kitchen with a farmhouse sink, a full suite of stainless steel Viking appliances, and an island with seating for four.
Gather for festive vacation meals at the six-person dining table.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This condo includes two bedrooms that sleep up to eight guests total. Two full bathrooms and one half bathroom are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
Retreat to the master suite outfitted with a king-size bed, gas fireplace, 50” flat screen TV, and a closet. The en-suite master bath features a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, 50” flat screen TV, a closet, and access to a covered patio. The second en-suite bath features a tub/shower combination.
Privacy blinds have been installed on all windows and doors.
OUTDOOR AREA
French doors open to a spacious patio; concoct a refreshing beverage and enjoy the mountain air. The second bedroom provides access to an additional patio.

Residences at Blackstone amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, heated outdoor pool, and hot tub.
Assigned parking is provided for one vehicle in the garage (space for one additional vehicle may be available in the guest parking area, on a first-come, first-serve basis). A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi as well as blinds on the windows are provided. This property is pet-friendly.
LOCATION
A prime location at the Base Camp of Canyons Resort and within walking distance to the lift which will take you up to the mountain. Tickets can be purchased there.
Enjoy easy access to a hub of mountain activity including the bustling Canyons Village at Park City with shops, and restaurants.
Walk to nearby chairlifts for a fun-filled day on the slopes; don’t miss the heated Orange Bubble Express! During warmer months, practice your golf swing at the Park City Golf Course located just 6 minutes from home.

The access to the cabriolet was super convenient. The property was spacious and had plenty of towels and pillows and blankets! Great place and we will definitely be back!

Overall very good - clean, comfortable No back propane but we just made it with existing tankNo info about how to access Clubhouse / finally figured out that key ring hanging next to door was it but not marked as suchDishwasher operation should be spelled out

Beautiful place to stay with covered parking and close to gondola. The only complaint is too much light at night. We had to use eye covers to get a good night sleep.

The condo was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed. The situation at the pool was not good. There were only two lounge chairs, and a few regular chairs. Not nearly enough for everyone there, which definitely detracted from our trip. I would’ve preferred to be much higher on the mountain, also.
