Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is older, but clean and beautiful. Kitchen is very well stocked (both kinds of coffee makers and plenty of cookware, utensils etc) but VERY SMALL considering this house sleeps so many people. We love to gather in the kitchen and that is not possible here! After entering the front door, there is a bedroom on the right with private bathroom (shower only) and media room on the left with no bathroom. All other bedrooms are upstairs. Both queen bedrooms have their own bathroom with tub and are at the far end of the hall upstairs, so they are very private. The bunk room upstairs is small, and has a bathroom with shower accross the hall. The master bedroom has private balcony, but bathroom does not have a door separating it from the bedroom, so there is no privacy there. There are no beach towels so bring your own. There is a nice laundry room with a great ice maker for your beach coolers! Easy walk down a ramp to the beach and the pool and patio area are great. Hope these details will help the next guest!
