Welcome to your own private resort in Fort Lauderdale Florida!

This beautifully renovated 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath luxury home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and was thoughtfully designed for unforgettable vacations with family and friends.
Whether you're spending the day by the heated pool, challenging each other on the private multi-hole putting green, enjoying a game of ping pong, basketball, or volleyball, or gathering around the fire pit after sunset, there's something here for everyone. Best of all, you're just minutes from Fort Lauderdale's beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shopping.

THE HOME
From the moment you walk inside, you'll notice the attention to detail. Every room has been professionally designed with premium Restoration Hardware furnishings, even the mattresses, creating a space that's both elegant and incredibly comfortable.

The open layout is bright, spacious, and filled with natural light. Sink into oversized cloud-like sectionals, enjoy designer lighting throughout, and unwind in bedrooms dressed with plush bedding and luxury linens. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with professional-grade appliances, sleek custom cabinetry, and a large island that's perfect for everything from morning coffee to family dinners.
Each of the five bedrooms offers a peaceful retreat, while the spa-inspired bathrooms bring the same level of luxury throughout the home. There's also a dedicated office, making it easy to work remotely if needed.

THE BACKYARD
The backyard is where this home truly shines. Oversized chaise lounges line the water, the modern spa is made for unwinding, and the covered pergola sets the scene for al fresco dining or a quiet morning coffee. When evening comes, fire up the BBQ and settle in around the Adirondack chairs, with seating for eleven so the whole group stays together.

Backing directly onto the golf course, the outdoor space feels peaceful, open, and private, with beautifully landscaped grounds and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the South Florida sunshine.

THE LOCATION
The home is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, just minutes from Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and some of the area's best dining, shopping, and entertainment. There's plenty of private driveway parking, making arrivals easy for groups with multiple vehicles.
