The studio-style layout of this single-storey property ensures everything you need is at your fingertips. Upon entering, you’re greeted by an open-plan living space with a sofa, a Smart TV, a tucked-away dining area, and a kitchenette. Keen cooks will appreciate the well-thought-out kitchen, which includes a mini oven, a two-ring hob, and a fridge for preparing light meals. You can choose to dine outdoors, where a table and chairs await. Inside, the space has been cleverly separated by a wooden panel to create a double bedroom, and a handy en-suite shower room sits just next door. There is private parking for one car.
Nestled between coast and country, the property is surrounded by scenic country roads and wide-open landscapes, approximately 8 miles from Llandysul and 6.5 miles from the coast. Llandysul, an attractive market town rich in Welsh culture and history, is a short drive away, while the coastal destination of New Quay boasts a lively harbour and a charming beach. Take a boat trip from New Quay or plan your visit to coincide with the annual regatta. Other local attractions include the National Wool Museum (11.5 miles) and the vibrant Teifi Valley town of Newcastle Emlyn (also 11.5 miles).
