L'abitazione posta al secondo piano con ascensore, è dotata di lavanderia. Le camere da letto sono 4 , ogni camera da letto ha al proprio interno il bagno e la tv a schermo piatto, completano l'appartamento il salotto e il soggiorno cucina.Il Wi-Fi è efficiente in tutti gli spazi. Tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Le camere sono ampie e luminose, tutte recentemente ristrutturate. Sono caratterizzate da pavimenti in graniglia di marmo decorati in chiaro stile liberty e tetti con capitelli e decori restaurati, e completate da un sobrio arredamento in legno che le rende adatte a chi arriva nella nostra bella città per scoprirne i valori artistici, ma anche per coloro che non vogliono rinunciare al comfort ed al buon gusto . Nella nuova e funzionale cucina si potrà preparare il caffè, il the o una tisana come a casa propria e gustarli nell’accogliente zona relax adiacente; nel salotto di casa si potrà leggere un buon libro o semplicemente rilassarsi al ritorno dalla visita dai vicini siti artistici. L'appartamento si trova in una strada principale, via Roma , strada e quartiere ricco di negozi, ristoranti e locali tipici. Se volete possiamo organizzarvi il transfert dall'aeroporto. The apartment includes a laundry room. There are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and flat-screen TV. The apartment also includes a living room and kitchen. Wi-Fi is efficient throughout. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The rooms are spacious and bright, all recently renovated. They feature marble chip floors decorated in a clear Art Nouveau style and ceilings with restored capitals and decorations. They are complemented by understated wooden furnishings, making them suitable for those who come to our beautiful city to discover its artistic treasures, but also for those who do not want to sacrifice comfort and good taste. In the new and functional kitchen, you can prepare coffee, tea, or herbal tea just like at home and enjoy them in the welcoming adjacent relaxation area. In the living room, you can read a good book or simply relax after visiting the nearby art sites.
