The villa is newly built and stylishly furnished. It consists of three floors and can accommodate up to twelve guests. There are six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. This ensures everyone enjoys sufficient privacy. The rooms are elegantly furnished with modern luxury and warm, natural materials. This creates a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
The private swimming pool forms the heart of the villa. Around the sun terrace, you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. In addition, Villa Old Olive III has a Finnish sauna and a jacuzzi. Furthermore, there is a spacious playroom with billiards, table football and table tennis. This means there is always something to do both inside and outside, regardless of the season.
On the large balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. It is a lovely spot for a peaceful breakfast or a glass of wine during sunset. Outside, you will also find a barbecue, ideal for cosy evenings with family or friends.
