About this space
Good sized stylish 1 bedroom flat located in the heart of Bristol City centre on the Harbourside. It’s location makes it perfect for people looking to explore the city by foot or public transport.
The flat is suitable for a couple or 2 single people.
We can provide 1 free parking space for every booking which is in front of the property. Please request the parking space if you require it when making the booking.
The space
Larger than most - 1 bedroom apartments. This converted victorian flat is set on 2 floors.
On the first floor there is a fully equipped modern galley kitchen with all the utensils you need. There is an electric hob cooker, oven and microwave, fridge freezer,kettle and toaster.
There is also a private WC.
The living room is very spacious and gets lots of light due to large bay windows and retains its original Victorian fireplace which is for decorative purposes only.
There is plenty of seating with comfy sofas and coffee table.
Boasting a brand new 55inch Samsung smart TV with full Sky TV and Netflix.
On the second floor directly above the living room is a large king size bedroom with bay windows letting in lots of light. There is also a good sized modern en-suite shower and WC.
Guest access
We offer either face to face check in at the property or key box collection in which details will be confirmed with the guests prior to there arrival
Other things to note
A £200 security deposit is required to be paid by the guest up on check in and is fully refunded once checked out.
ID is required during check in.
Suitable for a couple or 2 single people.
Smoking not permitted inside the property.

Sorry not to be used for entertaining/ gatherings.

this is a cute property close to wapping wharf. we had some issues trying to connect and clarify some dates. It turned out to be 3 stories tall which we were not aware of but was very comfortable.
