My friends and I stayed at this property in October 2021. The house is a great space for friends, and the highlight is definitely the pool / BBQ outdoor area. The house is at the top of a small hill, so the view looking out from the pool/hot tub area into the mountains is very peaceful. Check in and communication with the property manager was extremely effective, I got responses typically within the hour.
The listing specifies that some of the beds provided are air mattresses. Something to keep in mind as your group considers this property.
Overall, our group had a wonderful stay here.

Perfect house, with a gorgeous view. All beds and pillows were super confortable. The grill wasn’t working but the host sent someone right away to take care of the problem. Will stay here in the future.

My wife and I stayed for three nights; it was a great adult getaway. Enjoyed it all but we particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. Beautiful views.

The location and view that the house has is amazing. The bedrooms were great, but there was trash all over the property. Soda cans, cigarette buds, straws, cups, dog poop was all on the side, front and back of the property. When we arrived there wasn't any toilet paper or paper towels so we had to go purchase some because well, after a 4 hour drive, we all needed to use the restroom. There were flies all in the kitchen that left huge bites on most of my friends. The owner did not offer to reimburse for the toilet paper/paper towels and said after our stay that we broke a curtain and left it in the garage. We absolutely did not do that, or even touch the curtains. We even purchased insurance and instead of going through that, we were charged $150 for something that we did not even do.
