Time flies. But it lands here.

Set within a peaceful complex in the picturesque area of Afandou on the beautiful island of Rhodes, this contemporary retreat offers an elegant escape where comfort, privacy and natural surroundings come together effortlessly. Spread across six acres of landscaped grounds, the complex consists of eight modern residences designed to provide a tranquil setting away from the pace of everyday life while still remaining close to the island’s beaches, villages and attractions.

Villa Velisse is one of these carefully designed residences, offering a stylish and welcoming environment ideal for families or small groups seeking a relaxed Mediterranean getaway. The villa spans approximately 110 square metres and is arranged over two levels, comfortably accommodating up to five guests. Inside, the design blends modern architecture with warm, high-quality furnishings, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout the living spaces.

The interior features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area suitable for preparing and enjoying meals together, as well as two comfortable bedrooms positioned across the two levels for added privacy. Two bathrooms provide convenience for guests, while large windows and private terraces allow natural light to flow through the villa and frame views of the surrounding gardens, mountains and countryside.

Outside, Villa Velisse enjoys its own private eco swimming pool, surrounded by both sunny and shaded lounging areas where guests can relax throughout the day. The outdoor space also includes a barbecue and al fresco dining area, perfect for enjoying long summer evenings under the Rhodes sky while overlooking the greenery that surrounds the complex.

Guests benefit from modern comforts including air conditioning, high-speed ADSL internet, satellite television, bathrobes and slippers, beach and pool towels, coffee facilities, a safe deposit box and soundproof windows. Private balconies or terraces provide additional outdoor space to enjoy the peaceful setting.

The professional team managing the complex are attentive and welcoming, always available to assist with local recommendations, restaurant reservations and activity suggestions to help guests make the most of their stay on Rhodes.

Villa Velisse offers a refined yet relaxed holiday experience where contemporary design, private outdoor living and attentive service combine to create a memorable stay. Upon arrival, guests may be asked to provide a refundable security deposit as determined by the property management, while any optional services or extras requested during the stay may incur additional charges.
