You’ll love the beautiful outdoor with a big garden (4800m2), and exclusive privacy enjoyed on the 100m2 terrace. We recently added a 3rd double room.
From my house you can walk to 2 beaches (pebbles or sand), to restaurants and dining, cycling and trekking trails, with easy driving access to both the north and south sides of the island.

The property hosts 2 apartments, each has its own private terrace and green space.

The space
The gorgeous terrace overlooking the valley, under the pine trees.

Guest access
The whole south side of the house, garden and terrace. Easily accessible as all are on ground floor. Large window-doors open on the terrace bringing in light and air.

Other things to note
Upon receiving you (or in advance) I will need to ask from you copy of a piece of valid identity. Italian homeland security regulations oblige hosts to collect and declare the identity of the main traveller within 24 hours from them starting their rental. This is done through a digitally certified and secure system owned and managed by the Police, which is compliant with the latest EU Data privacy regulation (GDPR). Your data will not be traded, sold, or used in any other way than for this legal purpose. Thank you in advance.
