One of two guest homes on the estate, Casa Lucia is a second-storey apartment sleeping up to four across two en-suite queen bedrooms — ideal for two couples or a small family looking for something more intimate than a larger villa. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, making it especially well suited to guests who value a little personal space alongside the shared experience of the estate. Thoughtfully furnished with local character and modern comforts, it feels like a home that happens to be yours for the week. Step outside into your own private corner of the estate gardens — a perfect quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of local wine — and beyond it, the shared gardens and grounds of Villa Pascali are yours to explore.

The shared estate grounds are made for long, unhurried days. Cool off in the pool — with a child-friendly paddling area — then gather on the terrace for evenings around the BBQ or pizza oven, the Sibillini mountains glowing in the distance. Wander the gardens and vineyards, and sip local wines from nearby vineyards with locally sourced Ascoli stuffed olives, artisan cheeses, and cured meats.

Casa Lucia sits near Comunanza, a tranquil village of 3,000 people nestled at the foot of the Monti Sibillini — a place with roots stretching back to the 5th century and a pace of life to match. The wider Marche region offers a remarkable variety: medieval hilltop towns, mountain trails with spectacular vistas, and local vineyards offering tastings. The Adriatic coast — wide sandy beaches, calm clear water — is just 40 minutes away.

Come and find your own dolce vita.
