Located on the meadow of South Alderwood Court, with a bocce ball court and outdoor fireplace, this cozy cottage puts you right in the heart of the action while offering a peaceful escape.
The Cottage Experience:
Step inside to find a bright, airy interior defined by crisp white beadboard ceilings, warm hardwood floors, and classic coastal decor. The living space invites you to unwind on the comfortable slate-blue sofa. On cool coastal evenings, fire up the wood-burning stove to keep the space toasty and warm while you relax and enjoy the company of your best travel friends.
The living area flows into the fully equipped kitchen and dining nook. Enjoy meals at the wooden dining table, which features a cozy built-in window bench, the perfect spot for sipping morning coffee or playing board games with the family.
Rain Oar Shine comfortably sleeps five guests across two bedrooms, making it ideal for a small family or close friends. The layout includes a fun bunk setup with a queen-bed base that everyone will love.
Outdoor Living:
As seen in the photos, the covered front porch is a highlight of this cozy cottage. Adorned with festive string lights, a classic rocking chair, and colorful Adirondack chairs, it is the perfect perch for people-watching or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening.

Also located on Crescent Park is the indoor swimming pool for adult AM swims and all day long splashing around. While enjoying Rain Oar Shine, you can leave the car behind! You are within easy walking distance to Seabrook’s town center, filled with boutique shops, restaurants, the full-service market, and the retro arcade.
