Love a true ski-in/ski-out spot? This one is the real deal.

Welcome to your ground-level mountain getaway at the base of Sugar Mountain Resort, perfectly positioned just off the Easy Street Run. Step out onto the covered deck, walk down a few steps, and you’re practically on the slopes. It doesn’t get much easier than that.

After a day of skiing (or cheering everyone on from the deck), cozy up by the gas fireplace or relax with the sound of the nearby creek in the background. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook at home, or you can head out and explore the great local restaurants just minutes away.

When the snow melts, the fun keeps going. You’ll have easy access to mountain biking trails, tennis courts, and a full golf course right at the resort. The area is packed with outdoor adventures, including Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, and Linville Falls, plus whitewater rafting, ziplining, and gem mining nearby.
