Summary:
🌊 Captain’s Dream – 14th Floor Gulf Views | Phoenix II 2147
Welcome to Captain’s Dream — where the first thing you’ll notice isn’t the furniture… it’s the view.
Step out onto your private 14th-floor balcony and take it in: endless Gulf water, soft white sand, and that slow, steady rhythm of the waves. This is the kind of place where mornings start with coffee outside and nights end with salty air and sunset skies.
Inside, everything is light, clean, and coastal — soft blues, airy spaces, and just enough beach charm to make you feel on vacation the second you walk in.
The Space:
🛋️ The Space
The living area is made for unwinding after a long beach day — comfy seating, a big TV, and sliding doors that keep the ocean in view the whole time. Whether you're watching a movie or just zoning out to the water, it feels easy here.
The dining area flows right into the living space, perfect for casual meals or takeout nights after a full day in the sun.
🍳 Kitchen
Fully updated and stocked with everything you need — granite counters, stainless appliances, coffee maker, blender — whether you're cooking breakfast or just mixing drinks before heading out to the balcony.
🛏️ Bedrooms
Primary Bedroom: Wake up to the Gulf. Direct balcony access, soft linens, and a calm, coastal feel that makes it hard to leave the bed.
Guest Bedroom: Clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for winding down after a beach day.
🛁 Bathrooms
Spacious and updated with double vanities and plenty of room to get ready without feeling cramped. Fresh, clean, and stocked with essentials.
🌅 The Balcony (The Real Star)
This is why you book it.
High enough for incredible views, low enough to still feel connected to the beach. Adirondack chairs + table = morning coffee, afternoon drinks, and sunset you won’t forget.
