Welcome to Sands of Laguna B1, a beautiful beachfront 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo designed for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Located on the lower floor, this inviting unit offers easy access with only about five steps from the parking area, plus a convenient wheelchair ramp leading directly to the front door. Start your mornings on the spacious deck overlooking the Gulf, where you can sip your coffee while taking in the stunning beach views.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests, featuring a king bed in the master bedroom, which offers gorgeous beach views and a private full bathroom. The guest bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering two twin beds and one full bed, with easy access to a full bathroom located in the hallway. The dining area includes a table with seating for six, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal during your stay. Come start making unforgettable beach memories at Sands of Laguna B1.
Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

It was a great place to stay right along the beach. We're a family of 5 and it fit us nicely with 3 beds in one room for the kids and a master bedroom with an additional bathroom for us parents. It was clean and well setup. Great value compared to the other places we looked at.

The property was spacious and pictures online were accurate. The is right on the beach and away from the mainly crowded areas at least when we went which was mid April. My only issue were minor things like vacuum cleaner didn't work and there were a good bit of cockroaches which I know is expected at beach areas especially on the first floor. I also don't believe the place was cleaned prior to our arrival.
