Welcome to Ty Kaz Karaïb elegant new Creole villa, nestled in the heights of Sainte Luce, a charming fishing village. Enjoy a beautiful Caribbean sea view, a swimming pool and two air-conditioned bedrooms. Living space:
The main room is bright and opens wide onto the terrace through a 3-meter bay window. It includes a comfortable lounge area with smart TV, wifi, a fully equipped modern kitchen to prepare meals and breakfasts with ease.
Kitchen:
Open kitchen, friendly and practical: oven, induction hob, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, combi freezer fridge, capsule espresso machine, toaster and kettle. 🍍🍋 🟩🥑 PGJyPgPGJyPg
Bedrooms:
The house has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 large closets, each equipped with quality bedding. One bedroom with a queen size double bed 160x200 and one bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 which can be converted into a double bed. Bed linen provided.
The Shower room:
Vanity with basin, storage and illuminated mirror, WC. Towels provided.
Outdoor terrace:
Outdoor terrace of 20 m2 equipped with a plancha, a dining area for 4 people, garden furniture and 2 deck chairs.
A 3x2.5 m "punch box" swimming pool with a bench to enjoy the punch in complete relaxation🌊🍹
Landscaped West Indian garden of 100 m2 with outdoor lighting, closed by a fence.🌺
The property is closed by a large gate. Possibility to park in a private parking lot but with difficult access typical of the heights of Martinique. If you are not comfortable, you have the possibility to park in front of the property. I remain at your disposal before, during and after your stay to answer your questions and help you fully enjoy Martinique.
Check-in and Check-out will be done with SOPHIE who will be pleased to welcome you and guide you during your stay.☺️
To start your stay off right, a welcome basket will be offered to you: some local sweets to immediately put you in the warm atmosphere of Sainte Luce 🌞
