1. High-speed fiber optic internet – TWO independent connections (redundant). If one fails, the other works automatically. Perfect for video calls, streaming, and zero downtime.

3. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and full set of cookware and utensils
4. Washer and dryer inside the house (no laundromat trips!)
