Footpaths for hiking and mountain biking trails are abundant in the area, and you’re welcome to head out on one of the property’s bikes if you don’t have your own. Two golf courses are within 10 miles, and there’s even a golf practice area right at home. Local attractions include the Highland Wildlife Park (12 miles), the Highland Folk Museum (6 miles), and the Dalwhinnie Whisky Distillery (6 miles), where you can sample a local dram paired with fine chocolate. History enthusiasts will enjoy a walk up to Ruthven Barracks (8 miles), while keen birdwatchers will be drawn to RSPB Insh Marshes (9 miles).

In addition to the spacious shared grounds, the property boasts a private patio area with uninterrupted views of the lochan and the mountains beyond.
