The third bedroom is a single room located near the second bathroom with a shower. Near the apartment’s private entrance, there are two covered parking spaces, a barbecue area with a dining table, and a large swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The outdoor area and swimming pool are shared with another apartment in the villa.
