BEDROOMS:

There are two double bedrooms. Six guests means two people on the double sofa bed in the open-plan living room; if everyone needs their own room, it suits four.



LIVING AREAS:

The apartment benefits from a large open-plan living space equipped with a double sofa bed, SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax.



DINING AREAS:

The dining table seats up to 4 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.



KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Salford. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine.



BATHROOMS/TOILETS:

There is one bathroom in the apartment which is equipped with a bath, overhead shower, toilet & sink.



PARKING:

The apartment benefits from FREE Parking on site, in the marked bays at the front of the building.

The Neighborhood:

Salford sits on the western side of Manchester city centre, close enough to be in the middle of things and quiet enough to come back to after a long shift.



MediaCityUK, home to the BBC, ITV and dock10 studios, is about a mile and a half away, with Salford Quays and the Lowry alongside it. Manchester city centre is under two miles, Old Trafford under three, and the Trafford Centre eight. For everyday shopping there is an Aldi and a Morrisons Daily within about ten minutes' walk.



For anyone working across Greater Manchester this is a practical place to be based. The M602 slip road is under 700 metres from the building, signed for the M60 ring road and the M62 towards Liverpool, and parking at the flat is free.



Getting Around:

On foot: the Anchorage Metrolink stop is about ten minutes away and Harbour City about eleven, both on the Metrolink line between Eccles and Ashton-under-Lyne, with some services routed via MediaCityUK. Salford Crescent railway station is about fifteen to twenty minutes' walk.



By car: the M602 slip road is under 700 metres from the building, signed for the M60 ring road and the M62. Manchester Piccadilly is under three miles, the Trafford Centre eight and Manchester Airport twelve.



Parking at the apartment is free and on site, in the marked bays at the front of the building.

*No Parties or Events Allowed

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your security deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



*Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.



*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied to cover deep cleaning and damage.



*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.



*Stays over 7 nights require additional housekeeping for an £65 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced accordingly.



*Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.



*Check-In/Out Policy Early check-in: £10/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved) Late check-out (after 10AM): £10/half hour



*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver We require either:A refundable security deposit of £300-£500 (depending on property size), OR

A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£100 (depending on length of stay)



*Pet Restrictions

Pets are allowed subject to a £100 fee per pet per stay.

We are Unity Stays, a property management company operating across the UK. Someone is on the end of a message, email or phone for the whole of your stay.



If something is not right, tell us while you are there and we will put it right. On stays over ten nights we arrange a housekeeping visit at a time that fits your working hours rather than ours.
