Escape to the south coast of Cornwall and stay at this inviting home that’s the perfect base for a couple or family to explore Marazion and the surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Boasting far-reaching views over Mount’s Bay and a glorious south-facing garden backed by ocean vistas, make memories to last a lifetime at this warm and welcoming cottage.

Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by an open-plan living space where the lounge, kitchen, and dining area seamlessly blend together, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. At one end, a sunroom awaits, offering a comfortable place to soak up breathtaking views. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home, and for cosy evenings in, sit back in the lounge and enjoy your favourite shows on the Smart TV. The first floor offers a choice between the contemporary master bedroom, with a king-size bed and sea views, or the twin bedroom. Both provide a comfortable retreat for a restful night’s sleep. The family shower room is also on this floor and completes the internal layout. Outside, take in the stunning scenery while the children have fun playing on the lawn. Make the most of the fresh sea air and dine alfresco, watching the sunset over the ocean from this idyllic location.

Experience the best of coastal living and take a 150-meter stroll to Marazion’s sandy beach for a day of traditional seaside fun. At low tide, venture across to the enchanting island of St Michael’s Mount. For those with a passion for exploration, the renowned South West Coast Path awaits, offering exhilarating walks and dramatic seascapes in both directions. If a leisurely amble is more your style, take a stroll around the village itself and pop into one of the many shops, cafes and restaurants that line the streets.
