Stretch your legs with a short climb, or simply enjoy a scenic drive over the pass into Swaledale, where artsy shops and walking trails await. When it's time to slow down, visit the pretty village of Hawes (0.5 miles) for a morning coffee at a cosy cafe, a wholesome pub lunch, or a trip to the Wensleydale Creamery for a few savoury treats.


Pause for a moment before stepping inside this storybook cottage and take in its charming facade, with traditional stone walls, classic mullion windows, and a backdrop of lush greenery. The open-plan interior is just as characterful as the exterior, where a wood burner, pillowy sofa and overhead beams present a cosy escape.
